Mythbusters fan thread!

Let's face it, we all like the show and/or we like watching crap get blown up, right? Right! So I thought it appropriate to have a Mythbusters fan thread here so we can chat about our favorite episodes and urban myths or which of the Mythbusters gang is our favorite.

Re: Mythbusters fan thread!

Well, yeah, who doesn't?

But I hear that the rednecks down south wanted to make their own version which was more understandable to the locals. The two experimenters are named Jeb and Billy Bob, and they run their still - er, I mean lab - out of an old single-wide behind the barn. Most of the experiments usually end up with Jeb either on fire or missing a small body part, and Billy Bob rushing him to the local clinic in the back of his 1973 Chevy pick-up.

The show is called "Hey, Y'all - Watch This!"

Re: Mythbusters fan thread!

Actually, I really do enjoy watching Mythbusters - especially when they're blowing up their crash-test dummy. One of my favs was when they rigged a water heater to build up pressure, rupture the bottom, and then fly up through the "basement", "first floor" and "roof" of a simulated house. Besides destroying hours of work, that damn dummy was sitting on the toilet, trying to read the paper!

Also liked the one where they wanted to see how far down you had to swim so that you wouldn't get hit by a bullet from someone who was shooting at you from a boat on the surface.... I think it was 8 feet or so.

Then there's the dumb ones like "if we drive a small car at high speed directly into the center blade of a snow plow, will it cut the car in half?" (NO)

Hey, where else can you get a job blowing shit up for the sake of science!

MythBusters FTW!

You've got an excellent point. And the dummy's name is Buster. Hmm, I wonder what I would need if by some chance I could work on Mythbusters, that'd be fun as hell!

Holy fuck I love this show.

Did you know Kari did some FHM photoshoots before being hired for the show? :D

(I'd post a picture but I still can't be bothered to figure out how this stupid ["img"] crap works. Google it :P)

It works like this:

  Code:
[img]URL of the picture you want to link to[/img]

For example:

Come on Cobra... You're in the vicinity of Byte here. They're boobs, breasts or melons. Not tits, titties or gazungas. Haha.

Okay?

Good.

Anywho, they aren't THAT big actually, bearing in mind this is only one site, but according to this site her boobs are only 32B. Now that doesn't really seem big to me, as well I think my girlfriends are those, or just a bit smaller

Haha. :3

You're asking ME if those airbags are really that big or not? Hell, that could be a push-up or padded bra, or some Photoshop work. Quite frankly, I really don't concern myself with size of a young woman's rack.

All I know is that after 40, gravity begins to take its toll. After 45, you can no longer sit at a keyboard in a t-shirt without wearing a bra because your boobs lean on the keyboard, and all your posts look like this:

qpwqrendncals134cwefgvwqsv lpionbuui0k,ni0-0 12eqsdzSCwrf34rf234r ;,m;==0nnkku-09ujk

Hers may not be that big. Mine, however...well...let's just leave them to your young and fertile imaginations (O.O)

Well... That could go one of two ways actually. Haha. I like the way you talk so freely about your breasts Byte. It's quite funny how you can be so open about them, yet of course... You've said to us before why you're so open.

I apologise if the word "open" is not the right one... But you understand what I mean. :)
